Following a run of poor performance in Test Cricket, the ECB commissioned a High Performance Review to identify ways in which England could become the top ranked team across all formats within the next five years.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

Working closely with the ECB High Performance Group, we conducted an extensive consultation with high performance experts across sport, and across the game of cricket to align on key objectives and to define a range of options.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, we conducted extensive analysis to support our conclusions and to ensure decisions and discussions were being appropriately informed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

The review undertook a thorough process that combined rigorous analysis with broad consultations, and has produced 17 recommendations that can help deliver both winning England Men\u2019s teams and a thriving domestic game.<\/span><\/p>\n
